Why can’t I access some of the new features on my old Pro or Advanced plan?

If you are currently on a Pro or Advanced plan that started before March 15th 2021, you will no longer be able to access the future features that we will release. This is because we have updated our pricing and plans to better reflect the value and features of our platform.

Which features are only available to the most recent plans?

Here is the list of features only available to users with the most recent plans :

  • Facebook Reel Scheduler
  • Instagram Direct Messages

How can I upgrade my subscription to one of the new plans?

To upgrade your subscription to one of the new plans, you can go to your Settings > Subscription & Billing, then click on "Change your plan" and choose the plan that suits you best.

During the transaction, you will be billed at prorata of your current subscription, which means that the cost of your remaining current subscription period will be deducted from the price of your new subscription. You will have immediate access to your new plan and the features it offers.
