How can I share my dashboard with a team member?

Want to make sure that everyone in your team is looking at the same key metrics? Well, now it's possible to share your Dashboard with your other Iconosquare team members!

Once you're happy with your dashboard design, click on the button with the 3 dots, then Share dashboard:

You can also share a dashboard from the My Dashboards page by hovering over your dashboard and clicking on the Share icon.

You can then share a dashboard with other members of your team who have access to the same social profile(s).

Just tick the box next to the team member you'd like to share it with (make sure they have access to the same social profile), then click Confirm to save!

Your team member will then see the pop-up below when they next access their dashboard. Here, they can choose to apply the changes now or later:
