How can I remove a User from accessing one of my social profiles?

To update the permissions of a Team Member or Manager, you’ll need the right level of access: Manager or Admin to change a Team Member’s permissions, and Admin to change a Manager’s.


Keep in mind: there can only be one Admin per account. If you need to change who the Admin is, please contact our support team here.

To change edit or delete a user, just follow these steps:

  • Click on your Icon at the bottom left-hand corner of your platform.
  • Click on the Users and Roles section. 
  • Locate the User you would like to edit access for and click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of their information.
  • Click on Edit user.
  • Select or de-select the profiles you want to give or remove their access to.
  • Click on the Update user button.
