Can I create an album with media from other accounts than mine?

The Albums feature only allows you to create albums with media posted from your own Instagram account. You cannot create albums with the media posted by other Instagram accounts, but you can create Feeds to keep track of other users' media! See here for instructions on how to create a Feed.
