Why haven't I received my notification to post?

Not receiving Android notifications can be due to:

• The fact that the user is logged out from the app
• User's phone being turned off/on standby mode
• Notifications being turned off
• Phone not being connected to wifi/network 

Failure to receive iOS notifications can be due to:

• The fact that the user is logged out from the app
• Phone not being connected to wifi/network
• Notifications being turned off/do not disturb mode
• It can be a problem on Apple's side - we send the notifications directly to Apple, but if Apple fail in sending it to you, then you won't be able to receive it on your phone.
