With the release of our new scheduler, we now offer you the ability to decide whether or not we automatically convert your media for you during the scheduling process.
This is done in order to ensure compatibility with the media spec requirements on the native social media platforms and is particularly beneficial for the scheduling of high resolution images or large file sizes that may not work well with native platforms.
You will see a message when uploading media in the scheduling tool that states:
"Your media are automatically converted to facilitate compatibility with social networks. If you experience a loss of quality, you can disable automatic conversion in your settings."
If you are finding that you are unhappy with the quality when your media is being posted through our scheduling tool, you are able to disable the automatic converter in the settings as seen below:
