My VAT number isn't being accepted when I try to subscribe to a plan.

If your VAT number is not accepted by our platform, you need to:

  • Check if you made a mistake while entering the numbers.
  • Check if you entered it with a blank space at the beginning or the end.
  • Check if you've added your country code at the beginning of it without a blank space (for example, GB for Great Britain).
