Introducing Group Conversations

Great news. With our new group conversation feature you can now manage and respond to conversations across multiple social profiles, from one unified inbox. 🎉

No more jumping between platform. You can access and respond to all your social media comments and mentions from a single location, helping you save time, stay responsive, and effortlessly strengthen your connection with your audience!

To access this feature, just head to 'Conversations' and select your profile group from the toolbar, you can then toggle between comments and mentions with the drop down arrow.

Please note that this feature is available on Scale, Excel and Agency plans, or an old plan which has access to Groups.
