AVERAGE IMPRESSIONS (STORIES)
The average impressions for a Story is the impressions divided by the reach. That is to say, the average number of views divided by viewers for this Story.
AVERAGE REACH RATE PER POST
The reach rate for a given post is the number of people who have seen the post divided by your number of followers.
The average reach rate per post is the average reach rate of all your posts published in the selected time period.
AVERAGE REACH PER POST
The average number of unique people who have seen one of your posts (excl. Stories) within the selected time period.
Calculated by adding the reach of each post during the selected time period and dividing it by the number of posts during that same time period.
AVERAGE SAVES
The average number of saves your posts gathered during the selected time period.
For example: in the last 30 days, I made 5 posts and gathered 30 saves. My average saves is 6.
AVERAGE VIEWS
The average number of video views your posts gathered during the selected time period.
For example: in the last 30 days, I made 5 posts and gathered 200 views. My average views is 40.
BEST TIME TO POST
Discover when your posts trigger the most engagement. A bigger circle = higher engagement. Yellow circles indicate best times to post. Black circles = your posting habits: the bigger the black circles are, the more you post. Data is updated approximately every hour.
For example: My posts get the most engagement when I post on Fridays at 5pm.
COMPLETION RATE
The Completion Rate formula on a Story is (100%-Exit Rate). It allows you to understand which percentage of users have watched your Story until the end.
EMAIL CLICKS
The volume of taps to email your business on your Instagram profile during the selected time period.
EMAIL CLICK RATE
This percentage represents the number of taps to email your business divided by the total number of profile visits over the selected time period.
For example: my email address has been taped 23 times in the last 30 days. My profiles has been viewed 35 945 times in the last 30 days. My Email Click Rate is 0.06%.
ENGAGEMENT RATE
Engagement rate is based on the likes, comments and saves* divided by the number of followers at the time of the post.
*saves only available with a connected IG Business Profile
ENGAGEMENT ON REACH
The total engagement (likes + comments + saves) divided by your posts' reach during the selected time period.
EXITS
The Exit Rate is taking into account:
- the users that have closed the App while viewing your media
- the users that have clicked on the cross (X) on the top right of the Stories (iOS only)
- the users that swiped down the media which leads to going back to your main feed (iOS only)
EXIT RATE
The Exit Rate on a Story is the number of exits divided by the number of impressions. It allows you to understand if users watch your Story until the end or if they exit it before it ends.

For example: in the last 30 days, my followers are online the most on Fridays at 5PM. It’s the darkest circle of the graph.
GENDER OF YOUR FOLLOWERS
Discover the distribution of men and women among your followers.
For example: 48.1% of my followers are men.
GET DIRECTIONS CLICKS
The volume of taps to get directions to your business from your Instagram profile during the selected time period.
GET DIRECTIONS CLICK RATE
This percentage represents the number of taps to get directions to your business, divided by the total number of profile visits during the selected time period.
For example: my Get Directions button has been tapped 147 times in the last 30 days. My profile has been viewed 35 945 times in the last 30 days. My Get Directions Click Rate is 0.41%.
IMPRESSIONS (DEFINITION):
Impressions are a number of times your post is viewed. One person can see your post multiple times, and be counted each time.
For example: 200 people see your post once, and 100 people see your post twice, therefore your post had 400 impressions.
IMPRESSIONS:
The total number of impressions of your profile page or your Instagram posts during the selected time period.
IMPRESSIONS HISTORY
The daily number of impressions for your profile page and any of your postsover the specified time period.
For example: on June 9th, my profile and posts gathered 58 393 impressions.
LANGUAGES OF YOUR FOLLOWERS
Discover the most common languages among your followers.
For example: 7.93% of my followers speak Spanish. It represents 56 680 persons.
MEDIA WITH HIGHEST REACH
Discover which of your media gathered the highest reach. You can filter them by type of content (square icon in the top right corner of the graph).
MOST RECENT MEDIA
View your most recent media. New filters have been added in the square and clock icons in the top right corner of the graph. The square icon allows you to filter your media by type of content: all, photo, video, carousel. The clock icon allows you to filter your media by engagement metrics: likes, comments, engagement, impressions, reach, views, saves. The number of views is now indicated below the videos.

View your most recent Stories. The number of views is now indicated below the videos.
PROFILE VISITS
The number of times your Instagram profile page was viewed over the selected time period.
POSTS ENGAGEMENT TIMELINE
REACH (DEFINITION)
Reach refers to the number of different people who see your post. One person can see your post 5 times but is only counted once toward Reach.
For example: If 100 different people see your post twice, your reach on this post is still 100.
REACH
The daily number of views of your profile page or any of your posts during the selected time period.
REACH HISTORY
The daily number of people who have seen your profile page or any of your posts.
For example: on June 9th, my profile and posts reached 40 107 persons.
REACH RATE
The reach rate for a given post is the number of people who have seen the post divided by your number of followers at the time of the post.
For example: my post has reached 2 000 persons and I had 20 000 followers at the time of the post. My Reach Rate is 10%.
REPLIES
The number of DMs associated with your Story you received in your DM box.
Note: DM (or direct message message) management is not available for any 3rd party sites.
SAVES
The number of saves your posts gathered during the selected time period.
SAVES HISTORY
The volume of saves your posts receive. Note that the volume of saves for a given date is equal to the total number of saves received for all media posted on this date, regardless of the date on which these saves were received.
For example: the content I posted on April 21st was saved 96 times.
TAPS BACK
The number of taps to see the previous photo or video. (same user)
TAPS FORWARD
The number of taps to see the next photo or video (same user)
VIEWS
The volume of video views your posts gathered based on the date range you've selected.
VIEW RATE:
View Rate is the number of times the video has been viewed, divided by the number of impressions the post has received.
Note: Someone can see your post, but not necessarily watched the video. This would count as 1 impression, but not 1 view.
VIEWS HISTORY
The volume of views your posts receive. Note that the volume of views for a given date is equal to the total number of views received for all videos posted on this date, regardless of the date on which these views were received.
For example: the video I posted on April 21st received 11 289 views.
WEBSITE CLICKS
The number of taps on the website in your Instagram profile during the selected time period.
WEBSITE CLICK RATE
This percentage represents the number of taps on the website in your profile divided by the total number of profile visits during the selected time period.
For example: my website link has been tapped 833 times in the last 30 days. My profile has been viewed 35,945 times in the last 30 days. My Website Click Rate is 2.32%.
