      How can I create a Feed?

      Our Feeds feature lets you gather media from your own posts, Competitor posts, and even your Follower's posts for your Facebook pages and Instagram profiles. Find out how to set them up here!

      • Click on Listening followed by Feeds in the left-hand side menu.
      • Click on Create new feed at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
      • Enter a name for your feed.
      • You'll be taken to your empty feed and you can click to add Instagram users! You can add up to 50 users (Business Profiles only).

      If you wish to set up hashtags, you can do so in the dedicated Hashtag feed which has been created for you automatically, where you can add up to 20 hashtags. 

       

      Things to keep in mind:

      • The Feed feature is only avaiable for Facebook pages and Instagram profiles.
      • Only Business profiles can be added to a Feed.
      • Hashtag and Tags and mentions Feeds are only available for Instagram profiles.
