How can I change my password?

If you've forgotten your password, you can click the 'Forgot your password?' link at the login screen to receive a reset password link via email. 

If this doesn't work or you don't receive the email, please contact us at help@iconosquare.com

You can also change your password from within your account:

• Click on the My Account cog in the bottom left hand corner
• Click 'Settings' -- 'Security'
• Enter your old password, your new password, and confirm your new password in the relevant boxes
• Click 'Save'

Note: Your password must contain at least 8 characters, which must include at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one number and one special character
