TOTAL FANS

The total number of fans (Page likes) on your Facebook page right now. 

For example: Today, I have 350,000 fans (page likes)

FAN GROWTH

The evolution of your page likes during the selected date range

For example: My fan (page likes) growth has increased (610) compared to the previous period (600)

GAINED FANS

The number of fans (page likes) gained during the selected date range. Earliest data available is from 3 months before your registration on our platform. Volumes from before this day are estimated.

For example: on July 13th, I gained 300 fans.

LOST FANS

The number of fans lost during the selected date range. Earliest data available is from 3 months before your registration on our platform. Volumes from before this day are estimated.

For example: on July 13th, I lost 20 fans.

IMPRESSIONS

The total number of times your Page's content was seen during the selected period. 

For example: in the last 30 days, my content has been seen 78 046 times. 

REACH

The total amount of unique accounts who saw your Page or any of its content each day within the selected time period.

For example: in the last 30 days, my content has been seen by 63 442 people.

PAGE ENGAGEMENT

The total number of actions (clicks, shares, comments, and reactions) that people took on your Facebook Page and its posts during the selected period.

For example: in the last 30 days, there were 2,741 clicks on my page tabs, posts, and other content.

See how your Facebook community is growing over time. Earliest data available is from 3 months before your registration on our platform.

For example: on July 14th, I had 4 000 fans. On July 18th, I have 4 500 fans.
 

GAINED AND LOST FANS HISTORY CHART

See the number of fans (page likes) you’ve gained and lost each day. Earliest data available is from 3 months before your registration on our platform. Volumes from before this day are estimated.

For example: on July 13th, I had 3 800 fans. I gained 300 and lost 200 fans. So on July 14th, I started the day with 3 900 fans.

ENGAGEMENT RATE HISTORY CHART

See the evolution of your engagement rate over time. Data points on this chart represent the engagement rate for all posts posted on that day.

For example: on July 13th, my engagement rate was 0.1%, and on July 14th, my engagement rate was 0.2%.

PAGE ENGAGEMENTS EVOLUTION HISTORY CHART

See how your engagement (likes, comments, clicks and shares) evolves over the selected period. Earliest data available is from 3 months before your registration on our platform.

For example: on July 14th, 47 people clicked on my page/content. On July 18th, 54 people clicked on my page/content.

PAGE REACH EVOLUTION

See how your reach evolves over the selected period. Earliest data available is from 3 months before your registration on our platform.

For example: on July 14th, 463 people have seen my content. On July 18th, 560 persons have seen my content.

REACH RATE
The number of people reached divided by your number of fans (page likes).

For example: 500 people have seen my content and I have 250 fans. My reach rate is 2%.

PAGE'S FAN ENGAGEMENT RATE

Your page engagement (likes, comments, clicks and shares) divided by your number of fans (page likes). 

For example: 100 people clicked on my page/content and I have 250 fans. My page’s fan engagement rate is 40%.

ENGAGEMENT RATE ON REACH

Your page engagement (likes, comments, clicks and shares) divided by the number of people you’ve reached. 

For example: 25 people clicked on my page/content and I have reached 218 people. My engagement rate on reach is 11.47%.

MEDIA POSTED

The total number of media you’ve posted during the period you've selected with the date-picker. 

Media include links, photos, videos and statuses.

TOTAL REACTIONS

Total number of reactions on your posts posted during the selected period.

TOTAL COMMENTS

Total number of comments on your posts posted during the selected period.

AVERAGE ENGAGEMENT RATE PER POST

Calculated by taking the total engagement (likes, comments, clicks, and shares) received, divided by the number of fans (page likes) at the time of each post during the selected date range.

AVERAGE ENGAGEMENT ON REACH

Calculated by taking the total engagement (likes, comments, clicks, and shares) divided by the reach of the posts during the selected date range. 

POST ENGAGEMENTS
The total number of reactions, comments, unique clicks, and shares on your Facebook posts over the selected period.

For example: in the last 30 days, my posts gathered 500 reactions, comments, clicks and shares.

AVERAGE ENGAGEMENTS PER POST

The average number of reactions, comments, clicks and shares received by your Facebook posts over the selected period.

For example: in the last 30 days, I posted 4 media. My posts gathered 120 reactions, comments, clicks and shares. That means my average engagements per post is 30.

POST ENGAGEMENT HISTORY CHART

The daily number of reactions, comments, clicks and shares on your Facebook posts over the specified time period.

For example: on July 17th, my posts gathered 11 reactions, 0 comments, 30 clicks and 3 shares.

POST ENGAGEMENT DISTRIBUTION CHART

The distribution of the engagement you receive by type - reactions, comments, clicks and shares, on posts you've posted during the period you've selected with the date-picker. 

For example: in the last 30 days, my posts were divided between 40% of reactions, 15% of comments, 25% of clicks and 20% of shares.

AVERAGE ENGAGEMENTS PER POST TYPE CHART

Calculated by the taking the likes, comments, clicks and shares received for each post type during the selected date range - Status, Photo, Video, Link - divided by the number of followers at the time of the post.

For example: in the last 30 days, the average engagements for Statuses is 10, for Photos it's 25, for Videos it's 22 and for Links it's 10.

REACTIONS DISTRIBUTION CHART

The distribution of reactions on your Facebook posts posted over the time period specified. Please note that the "Like" count includes both "Like" and "Care" reactions.

For example: in the last 30 days, my reactions were made up of 500 likes/cares, 40 love, 5 wao, 10 haha, 0 sad and 4 angry.

CLICKS

The total number of unique clicks on your Facebook posts over the selected period (meaning that only one click per user and per post is counted). 

For example: in the last 30 days, 2 000 unique clicks were made on my posts. It means that if user X clicked on 4 different posts, it has been counted as 4 unique clicks. If user Y clicks 4 times on the same post, it has been counted as 1 unique click.

AVERAGE CLICKS PER POST

The average number of unique clicks per Facebook post posted during the period you've selected with the date-picker. 

For example: in the last 30 days, I posted 11 media. My posts gathered 1875 unique clicks. It means my average clicks per post is 170.5.

CLICK RATE

The number of unique post clicks divided by the number of people you’ve reached during the period you've selected with the date-picker. 

For example: in the last 30 days, 2,000 unique clicks were made on my posts. On the same period, my content has been seen by 20,000 people. It means my click rate is 10%.

POST CLICK HISTORY CHART

The daily number of unique clicks on your Facebook posts over the specified time period. 

For example: on 13th March, I received 40 unique clicks. On the 15th March, I received 56 unique clicks.

AVERAGE CLICKS PER POST TYPE CHART

See which post type - Status, Photo, Video, Link - generated the most clicks during the selected date range. Calculated by the taking the clicks received for each post type, divided by the number of followers at the time of the post. 

For example: Based on the last 30 days, the average clicks for photos is 39, and the average clicks for links is 22.

AVERAGE ENGAGEMENT RATE HISTORY CHART

Data points on this chart represent the average engagement rate for all posts posted on that day. 

AVERAGE ENGAGEMENT RATE ON REACH HISTORY CHART

Calculated by taking the total engagement (likes, comments, clicks and shares) divided by the reach of the posts during the selected date range. Each data points represent the average engagement on reach for all posts posted on that day.

BEST TIME TO POST - ENGAGEMENT

Discover when your Facebook posts trigger the most engagement. The darker the square, the better the engagement is.

For example: My media receives the most engagement when I post on Thursdays at 5pm.

For example: 40% of my fans, the people I’ve reached and the people I've engaged with (10,000 people) speak American English.

YOUR AUDIENCE’S TOP COUNTRIES

Discover the countries where your fans (people who like your page), the people you’ve reached and the people you've engaged with are located. Includes a maximum of 45 top countries. Read more about this here!

For example: 9945 of my fans, the people I’ve reached and the people I've engaged with are located in France.

MEDIA POSTED

The total number of media you’ve posted during the period you've selected with the date-picker. 

Media include links, photos, videos and statuses.

LINKS POSTED

The number of links you’ve shared on your Facebook Page over the selected period.

PHOTOS POSTED

The number of photos you’ve shared on your Facebook Page over the selected period.

VIDEOS POSTED

The number of videos you’ve shared on your Facebook Page over the selected period.

TYPE DISTRIBUTION
The distribution of status, links, photos and videos you’ve posted on Facebook over the selected time period.

For example: in the last 30 days, 20% of my media were links, 50% of my media were photos and 30% of my media were videos.

POST DENSITY DAILY/HOURLY

Your posting habits per day/per hour.

For example: in the last 30 days, I have posted 4 media on Wednesdays, 2 media on Thursdays and 4 media on Fridays.

POST HISTORY

The evolution of your posts over time on selected period.

For example: in October 2015, there was 500 media posted on my page. In June 2016, there was 900 media posted on my page.

POST DISTRIBUTION MONTHLY/WEEKLY

The evolution of your posts per year and month since you created your Facebook Page.

For example: in 2017, I posted 45 media. In the month of June, I posted 9 media in 2011, 13 media in 2012, 8 media in 2013, 8 media in 2014, 15 media in 2015, 4 media in 2016 and 6 media in 2017.

REACTIONS

The total number of reactions on your post.

COMMENTS

The total number of comments on your post.

IMPRESSIONS

The total number of times your post was seen. 

For example: my post has been seen 45,000 times. 

REACH

The number of people reached.

SHARES 

The total number of times your post has been shared.

TOTAL CLICKS 

The total number of times that your post has been clicked.

For example: your post was clicked 8 times in total. This means that if follower A clicked on your post 4 times, it will appear as 4 clicks. If follower B clicks on your post another 4 times, the total clicks will be 8. 

UNIQUE CLICKS

The number of times your post has been uniquely clicked. 

For example: your post was clicked 2 unique times. This means that if follower A clicked on your post 4 times, this will be counted as one unique click. If follower B clicks on your post 2 times, it will be counted as one unique click. In total, there will be 2 unique clicks. 

ENGAGEMENT RATE

For example: in the last 30 days, my content has been seen 78 046 times. 

REACH

The total amount of unique accounts who saw your Page or any of its content each day within the selected time period.

For example: in the last 30 days, my content has been seen by 63,442 people.

AVERAGE REACH PER POST

The average number of people who have seen each of your posts in the selected period.

For example: my average reach per post for June is 5,962. This has increased compared to the previous period (May) when the average was 4,029.


AVERAGE REACH RATE BY POST

The average reach rate per post is the average reach rate of the posts published over the selected period. The reach rate for a given post is the number of people who have seen the post divided by your number of followers.

For example, my average reach rate by post for June is 1.8%. This has increased compared to the previous period (May) when the average reach rate by post was 1.03%.

REACH AND IMPRESSIONS HISTORY CHART

The daily number of people who have seen any content associated with your Facebook Page over the specified time period. You can also visualize the overall impressions and distribution of your reach by source - organic, viral or paid.

For example, on March 6th, I received 13,484 impressions. I had a reach of 7,442, of which 0 was paid reach, 288 was viral reach, and 7,154 was organic reach.


REACH DISTRIBUTION BY SOURCE

The distribution of your reach by source for the selected time period - organic, viral or paid.

REACH DISTRIBUTION FANS/NON FANS

The distribution of people you’ve reached between fans (people who like your page) and non fans on the specified time period. 

For example: in the last 30 days, the people my content has reached were 80% my fans and 20% not my fans.

AVERAGE REACH BY POST TYPE

The average number of people you’ve reached by post type over the specified time period.

For example: in the last 3 months, my average reach for the link type is 6066.73 people. In the same period, my average reach for the video type is 6 248.33 people.

FANS ONLINE

Visualize when your fans (people who have liked your page) are online the most.

For example: in the last 30 days, my fans are online the most on Tuesdays at 9pm. It’s the darkest rectangle of the graph.

 

VIDEOS SECTION

 

TOTAL COMPLETE VIEWS

The number of times your videos were viewed for at least 95% of their duration or longer during the selected date range.

TOTAL 3 SECOND VIEWS

The total number of views (which lasted for at least 3 seconds) your videos had during the selected date range.

TOTAL 10 SECOND VIEWS

The total number of views (which lasted for at least 10 seconds) your videos had during the selected date range.

TOTAL TIME WATCHED

The total amount of time viewers spent watching your videos during the selected date range. 

AVERAGE TIME WATCHED BY VIEW

This is calculated by taking the total time of video views divided by unique viewers during the selected date range. 

COMPLETE VIDEO VIEWS HISTORY

The complete history of views of your videos that lasted for at least 95% of their duration or for their total length during the selected date range.

3 SECOND VIEWS HISTORY

Shows how your 3 second video views are evolving on a daily basis during the selected date range.

10 SECOND VIEWS HISTORY

Shows how your 10 second video views are evolving on a daily basis during the selected date range.

VIEWS SOURCE

The distribution of your views between organic views and paid views during the selected date range.

For example: in June, 80% of my video views were organic, and 20% were paid.

PLAY TYPE

The distribution of your views between click-to-play and auto-play during the selected date range.

For example: in June, 95% of videos views were automatically played, and 5% were clicked on to play.

Daily number of page views, split between views from people logged into Facebook and views from people not logged in.

For example: on 18th March, I received 74 page views, of which 23 were from people logged into Facebook, and 51 were from people not logged into Facebook.

PAGE LIKES/UNLIKES HISTORY

Daily number of your page likes and unlikes.

For example: on 18th March, 20 people liked my page, and 28 people unliked my page. Therefore I have a like growth of -8 for this date.

TAB VIEWS

Daily number of total views of your Facebook page tabs.

For example: on 18th March, there were 76 views of my Facebook page tabs.

TOP TABS

Distribution of the tab views by tab.

For example: during March, my tab views were broken down as follows: Home tab 80,53%, Posts tab 12,72%, About tab 5,55%, Photos tab 0,62%, Videos tab 0,39%, Events tab 0,19%, Other tab 0,00%, Reviews tab 0,00%, Notes tab 0,00%, Likes tab 0,00%, Groups tab 0,00%.

PAGE CTA CLICK HISTORY

Daily number of clicks on your page call-to-actions.

For example, on 18th March, I received a total of 20 CTA clicks - 10 on "Call now", 5 on "Get directions", and 5 "Website" clicks.

PAGE CTA CLICKS DISTRIBUTION

Distribution of the clicks on your page call-to-actions.

For example: During March, of all CTA clicks, 88,89%  were "Website" clicks, 11,11% were "Get directions" clicks, and 0,00% were "Call now" clicks.
