I want to cancel my subscription!

If you would like to cancel your plan, you can follow the steps in this article. Please keep in mind that once you have canceled your plan or an added option to your plan, you will benefit from the plan or the option until the end of your subscription. Once your subscription has ended, you will not be billed again as this will not auto-renew.

If you have requested a downgrade on your account, you will first need to cancel your downgrade and then you will be able to cancel your subscription.  

 

I canceled my plan but now I want to resume it!

If you canceled your plan by accident or changed your mind after canceling, you can now cancel your cancelation 🎉. 

To do this follow these steps:

  • Sign into app.iconosquare.com (must be on the desktop version)
  • Click on 'My Account' on the bottom left of the page
  • Go to 'Settings' followed by 'Subscription'
  • Click on Void cancelation under the subscription section. 
I canceled my plan but want to purchase add-ons!

If you have previously canceled your subscription, you will first need to cancel your cancelation in order to purchase additional add-ons. For this, please follow the previous steps.

Once you have canceled your cancelation, you will be able to purchase any additional add-ons normally, however, if you would like to continue with the cancelation, you will have to cancel your subscription once again in order for it not to be auto-renewed at the anniversary date.
