Changes to Pro Plans on Iconosquare: Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the Pro plan being retired?

The Pro plan has been in place for more than 5 years without changes. To keep improving Iconosquare and provide access to new features and integrations, we’re consolidating plans and moving all Pro users to our updated pricing structure.

When will this happen?

You’ll have 30 days to choose a new plan. If you don’t make a choice within that time, you’ll automatically be migrated to the closest equivalent plan.

Will I lose any features?

The features you can access will depend on which plan you choose. Some Pro features may no longer be included, however, our new plans offer access to our latest feature updates that aren’t available on the Pro plan, such as Instagram DM Management (available on the Scale plan), as well as new integrations, including YouTube, Threads, and X. When will I be charged for my new plan, and how much will I pay?

You will be charged for your new plan as soon as you change plans, which will be on November 27th 2025, or sooner if you choose to switch to a new plan before this date. The charge will be based on the difference between your current subscription price and your new subscription price. If you are partway through your billing period, the charge will be prorated based on the number of days left until your next subscription renewal date.
