Introducing the new Iconosquare Companion App
Where can I download the Iconosquare Companion mobile app?
The app is available on both official stores (or just search for “Iconosquare Companion”):
How do I log in to the app?
Tap Log in, then enter the email and password you use on the Iconosquare web platform.
💡 If you signed up with Google on the web, you'll first need to set a password here: Create a password.
Can I create an account from the app?

On iOS: Yes! You can create a new account and choose one of the available plans (Launch, Scale, or Excel), with up to 5 social profiles included.
If you want to connect more profiles, you’ll need to upgrade using the desktop version of the platform. -
On Android: You’ll need to create your account on app.iconosquare.com, then log into the app.
Where can I access settings?
Once logged in, tap your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.
What can I manage in the settings?

First name, last name, company

Profile and group management

Scheduled reports
-
Light/dark mode

Notification preferences (opens device settings)

Log out
How do I switch profiles or groups?
Tap your avatar in the top-left corner. From there, you can:

Toggle between Profiles and Groups

Search by name
-
Pin favorites or reconnect a profile via the "⋮" menu
What’s in the Home tab?
-
Your upcoming posts (or a "Create Post" prompt if none)

Posts awaiting validation
-
Customizable analytics widgets (up to 10).
Tap Edit Stats at the bottom of the screen to adjust your selection.
How does the calendar work?
When you select a date, a scrollable list of that day’s posts appears. You can also expand the view to display the full month.
How do I create or edit a post?

Tap Create Post or open an existing one

Choose a profile or group via the icon

Add a team note (icon
)

Preview with the icon

Finish with Save as Draft, Set Reminder, or Schedule

Swipe horizontally to switch between profiles

Tap Edit above the media to tag users or crop your image
What push notifications will I receive on mobile?

Auto-post confirmation

Manual post reminders

Post success or failure

Validation requests and approval results
More types of notifications will be added over time.
What’s in the Library tab?
-
Content: Upload photos/videos from your phone into your Media Library. You’ll find them in the app and on the web platform.

Posts: Review your published content and performance metrics.

Instagram Stories: Replay stories and view analytics (navigate using the pill switch at the bottom).
What is the Activity tab for?
This tab shows all recent app events: report downloads, post success/failure, validations, shared notes, and comments.
Available filters: Scheduler, Reports, Collaboration
A red dot means the item is unread. Tap to mark as read or tap the cross to delete.
Does the app support dark mode?
Yes. By default, the app follows your device’s theme.
You can manually switch between light and dark modes from Settings → Appearance.
Where can I download my scheduled reports?
Go to Settings → Reports to view and download available files.
