What is changing on Iconosquare?
We're really excited to bring this new, improved version of Iconosquare to you. We have a fresh, cleaner design and it's so much easier to navigate. We've completely re-developed the website using the most up-to-date technology which means we are able to offer a faster, more reliable experience.
If I sign up now, when will I get access to the new version?
We are collecting users who are excited to help provide feedback and see what we've worked hard on. Over the next few weeks, we will gather those who qualify for early access (first come, first served) and email you when you will be migrated to the new experience with more information.
If I sign up now, how will I know if I'm selected?
We are really excited for as many users as possible to try the new Iconosquare experience - however, space is limited and if you're selected, we will email you before your account will be migrated to the new experience with more information about the date and time of the migration.
If I don't sign up for the early release, when will I see the new version of Iconosquare?
We currently don't have a final release date for all our users to move over to the new, improved Iconosquare experience. We want to make sure we've crossed our t's and dotted our i's before we release it to all users.
I want to sign-up but I'm worried about my data, reports, and scheduled posts.
Your data, reports, and scheduled posts will all be migrated securely to the new experience of Iconosquare and will be waiting for you at the first login.
Will all users on my account (Managers, Team Members) also get access if I sign-up?
Yes! As an Iconosquare Admin, you and all your Managers and Team Members will be migrated to the new Iconosquare experience. (It is not possible to only move your account, the entire subscription will be migrated)
What will happen during the migration phase?
If you are chosen, we will email you before the migration takes place. We will migrate your entire account overnight (in your account timezone) to minimize the effect it has on your day-to-day work. The migration will take approx. 1hr overnight and this is the only time you won’t be able to access your account.
If I am selected for early access, can I go back to the previous version of Iconosquare?
No. If you sign-up for early access, your entire account will be migrated to the new experience, and it is not possible to go back to the previous version. Don't worry, again you won't lose any data while switching to the new version.
