Our Best time to post feature is the perfect tool for you in order to find the optimal time to post your media on Instagram. You will find the Best time to post feature under the Engagement section of your Analytics, in the Menu which you can open by clicking on the top left icon on your screen.
The blue circles on the perimeter show the hours and days that you most often post. The bigger they are, the higher engagement you get.
The yellow circles indicate your optimal posting times.
The very best times are starred white star on a yellow circle.
