Can I create an campaign with media from other accounts than mine?

The Campaigns feature only allows you to create campaigns with media posted from your own Instagram account. You cannot create campaigns with the media posted by other Instagram accounts, but you can create Feeds to keep track of other users' media! See here for instructions on how to create a Feed.
